Detailed information

A pneumatic frame structure is a pre-fabricated inflatable structure, the bearing element of which is pneumatic arches with excessive pressure-pneumoballons. Pneumatic arches are connected to each other in a single structure and form the frame of the structure to which the shell is attached.

The frame and shell of the structure are made of high-strength fabric with PVC coating by high-quality welding. The design does not require constant pumping, the blower with an automatic pressure control device turns on and maintains the pressure as needed. The whole structure is waterproof, the seams of the structure are welded. The pneumatic hangar has the ability to dock with other pneumatic modules or capital structures, both by means of pneumatic module transitions, and directly.

The products of the world's largest manufacturer of technical fabrics coated with polyvinyl chloride — the German concern Mehler Texnologies-are used as a material for the manufacture of the frame and shell of prefabricated structures. Velmex and Polymer fabrics have excellent strength and performance characteristics and have proven themselves well over many years of operation in different climatic conditions.

The material is UV-resistant and non-flammable, allowing the structure to withstand wind speeds of up to 40 m / s and withstand snow loads of up to 150 kg / sq. m on the surface of the dome. Tensile strength-4400/3850 N/5cm of fabric. Light absorption of the tissues of 7-10%. Temperature resistance: — 50 + 70 ◦C. Fire safety requirements: group G1, group RP2, group G1, group B2, group RP3.

Operational warranty for pre-fabricated structures provided by the production company "VECTOR-M" AG for modern shell materials — up to 20 years

The air supply system is installed in an external noise-absorbing box and consists of a main and backup supercharger, an automatic pressure monitoring device and a diesel generator. The main supercharger is periodically switched on when the pressure drops in the structure and turns off when the upper limit is reached. The backup supercharger is connected if the main supercharger does not provide sufficient pressure for any reason. In the event of a power outage, the diesel generator is switched on. The air supply system is controlled by an automatic pressure monitoring device.

Ventilation air supply to the building structure is carried out automatically with an approximate operating mode for air supply 1 time / 600-800 minutes. In the event of an emergency de-energization of the fans, the structure does not lose its load-bearing capacity for 600 minutes (depending on the technical condition of the frame cylinders, the density of the pneumatic connections of the air duct and external loads).

There are three main options for attaching a pre-fabricated pneumatic frame structure to the base of the site:

1. The first most common way to attach a structure to the foundation is to attach it to the concrete base with the help of anchor bolts with a ring and metal carabiners. In the form of a concrete base can act as a poured reinforced concrete slab, and road (airfield) plates PDN and PAG, laid out either along the perimeter or over the entire area of the installed structure

the process of fixing

  1. The site for installation and subsequent operation of the structure should be flat, clean, without drops and dangerous objects (Fig. 1); The dimensions of the site must be greater than the overall dimensions of the structure by at least 1000 mm. The distance from the pneumatic frame structure to any other enclosing structure must be at least 1500 mm.
  2. The marking of the site on which the pneumatic frame structure will be installed is carried out in accordance with the marking scheme. (Figure 2)
  3. With the gun drilled hole of suitable diameter under anchor bolts and install anchor bolt with ring in the prepared holes (Fig.3)
  4. Next, using the carabiner 10 mm, there is a connection of tow installed on the cylinder with anchor bolts as shown in (Fig.4). The number of attachment points of the pneumatic cylinder to the concrete base of the site is determined by the project.

2. The second method of attachment is to attach to the base of a pre-constructed structure using screw piles with a head to the upper edge of the pile. In this case, the structure is installed almost anywhere where you can screw a screw pile into the soil.

the process of fixing

Previously, along the perimeter of the installation of a pneumatic frame building, it is necessary to level the base of the site by removing the upper layers of earth. Further, the base is marked for the installation of piles and the piles are directly installed in the ground according to a pre-marked scheme. The piles are screwed into the soil in such a way that a ring remains above the ground surface to connect the pile and return towing of the cylinder with a 10mm carabiner (Fig.1).

3. The third method is to install the structure using sand filling tanks located in the lower part of the pneumatic arch.

the process of fixing

The size of the container and its volume is determined by the project. The container itself is a sealed bag, which during installation is laid with sandbags and fastened with a zipper. Along the perimeter of such a bag and pneumoarks are located the main and response towing. Their number is equal to the number of tugs on the cylinders that will be attached to this sand-filling tank. The connection of the tugs takes place with the help of 10mm carabiners (Fig. 1)

Also, as one of the options for countering shock wind and snow loads, it is planned to mount the pneumatic frame structure on the upper levels of the building along the perimeter. Mounting option: installation (welding) of embedded metal rings at heights determined by the design of the structure, with further cable binding of the structure with tensioners to the concrete base (Fig. 1).

200W LED Floodlights

The calculation of the number of lamps is made in accordance with SNIP 23-05-95 "Natural and artificial lighting". LED spotlights 200W, perfectly suitable for both external and internal lighting due to the economy, and low power consumption. The body of the LED floodlight is made of die-cast aluminum and painted with powder paint in gray color. On the rear surface of the housing to remove the temperature of the recoil element as a passive cooling system, there is a powerful radiator. To seal the glass and housing, heat-absorbing silicone gaskets are used that are resistant to temperature changes. The reflector of the floodlights is made of polished lighting aluminum. The service life of the LED spotlight is 50,000 hours.

Air dome technologies provide a wide range of equipment options for buildings. It is possible to use industrial automatic gates, metal-plastic doors and even stained-glass compositions. At the request of the customer, we can produce pneumatic doors and gates. You can also use the simplest and most economical entry/exit system — an opening canopy made of PVC fabric.

The door is made of metal and plastic

Steel, aluminum doors installed on a metal frame with double-glazed windows in the technical area of the structure intended for access inside by visitors, workers and maintenance personnel.

Painted gates with a wide degree of opening

Swing gates are the most common type of gate. Swing gates are convenient, functional, reliable, so they remain the most popular today. The simplicity of the design is a guarantee of long-term and reliable operation of the swing gate.

A swing gate is a metal frame on which the gate leaves that open outwards are attached. For fixing the metal frame, it is necessary to prepare a special concrete base. Advantages of swing gates:

  • simplicity and convenience of use
  • long service life
  • reliability
  • possibility of gate automation
  • easy installation of swing gates

We offer swing gates in various versions:

  • swing gate with steel sheet sheathing on one side
  • swing gate with steel sheet sheathing on two sides
  • swing gate with steel sheet sheathing on both sides and insulation
  • hinged doors with security gate

automatic gate with door and windows

Sectional doors are the recommended type of automatic gates. Specialists of the production holding "VECTOR-M" AG offer gates from the best manufacturers: DoorHan, Alutech, Horman and others. Their design is easy to use, reliable and practical. Sectional doors consist of following elements:

  • metal frame
  • guides for the door leaf
  • interconnected sandwich panels
  • electric and mechanical (backup) drive

Sandwich panel for sectional doors consists of two strips of galvanized steel with a polymer coating. Between the strips is a layer of high-density polyurethane foam, which has high thermal insulation qualities and at the same time is an environmentally friendly material. The standard thickness of the section is 45mm. Sandwich panels are equipped with a seal made of plastic material. It is also located along the perimeter of the doorway. On the lower edge of the sectional door there is a hollow sealing profile made of frost-resistant rubber with two edges. It is designed for compensating floor irregularities, sealing the lower part of the gate. another of his tasks is to prevent damage to any objects that will meet in the way of closing the gate.

pneumatic gates

Pneumatic gates are the most economical and easy-to-install option for organizing access to a pneumatic frame structure. Pneumatic gates are made of the same material as the main frame of the structure and do not require additional thermal insulation. Pneumatic gates do not require the preparation of a special base, which simplifies their installation and reduces the cost of installation. An electric or mechanical drive is used to lift the pneumatic gate.

hoist

The lifting canopy is the most effective engineering solution for the access system to the pneumatic frame structure, if the working opening of the structure is large, for example, when storing large-sized structures or equipment (aircraft, boats, etc.). The lifting canopy is made of the same material as the main elements of the pneumatic frame structure. To attach the canopy to the shell of the structure, a grommet tape is used. The lifting canopy can be single-layer or three-layer (insulated). The use of a particular version of the lifting canopy is determined by the necessary operating conditions of the structure. A mechanical or electric drive is used to open and close the canopy.

For heating and ventilation in a pneumatic frame structure, in most cases, a combined system is used, based on the supply of heated supply air with a variable degree of recirculation and the removal of air from the room in an amount proportional to the inflow through inertial grids.

Heating of a pneumatic frame structure is also of great importance not only from the point of view of creating a comfortable microclimate inside the structure, but also from the point of view of the stability and resistance of the structure to snow loads. When maintaining sufficient positive temperatures inside the pneumatic frame structure, during the winter period of operation, the material of the support arches and the protective thermal tent cover is heated to positive temperatures, which contributes to the "melting" of snow from the inclined parts of the building surface and reduces the snow load. Depending on the size of the pneumatic frame structure, its purpose, configuration, installation region, the possibility of using a particular source of thermal energy, there are the following heating options:

KORF ventilation systems

These installations automatically ensure the maintenance of the set temperature in the room, as well as air exchange and the optimal degree of air recirculation to save energy. If necessary, these units can be additionally equipped with a cooler section, which allows, when the compressor and condenser unit is included in the equipment set, to solve the problem of air conditioning.

Heat generators based on a gas or diesel burner

the planned air exchange and the degree of recirculation, the number and cross-sectional area of inertial gratings for removing air from the room is calculated.

The advantages of this type of heat generators are:
- autonomy and independence from heating networks;
- low inertia – fast output to the specified thermal mode;
- high thermal efficiency-more than 90%;
- frost resistance of the system;
- low cost of maintenance.

Electronic monitoring and control systems used in the equipment provide convenient control of the air heater in both automatic and manual modes, as well as guarantee safety during its operation.

Преимуществами данного типа теплогенераторов являются:
— автономность и независимость от тепловых сетей;
— малая инерционность – быстрый выход на заданный тепловой режим;
— высокий тепловой КПД – более 90%;
— морозоустойчивость системы;
— низкая себестоимость обслуживания.

Электронные системы контроля и управления, используемые в оборудовании, обеспечивают удобное управление воздухонагревателем как в автоматическом, так и в ручном режимах, а так же гарантируют безопасность при его эксплуатации.

Diesel or gas heat guns

When placing heat guns outside, special hoses are laid through technological openings in the pneumatic station to supply hot air inside. When placed internally, the chimney pipe of the heat gun is removed outside through a specially equipped technological opening.

Heat guns are an excellent heating option when used in a mobile version. When moving to a new site, they do not require much effort and time to prepare the heating system, as well as large electrical capacities for its operation.

water and electric fan heaters

With relatively small required thermal capacities and quantities of air for air exchange, it is possible to use water or electric fan heaters installed directly in the room without the organization of forced air exchange.

infrared heaters

For relatively small buildings, infrared electric heaters are used, either floor-mounted or suspended, mounted on special cable suspension systems.

Advantages:

  • Powerful directional heating in all conditions
  • Maintain high efficiency even in the wind and at subzero temperatures
  • Installation on the ceiling preserves the freedom of the working area and eliminates the possibility of burns
  • Possibility of local application
  • High efficiency of power consumption.

Mobile air conditioners "RUSSEL" are designed for cooling large rooms where the installation of stationary air conditioners is not advisable, or rooms in which local cooling of individual workplaces is required. The control panel located on the body of the air conditioner includes a display that displays user settings, current performance indicators and fault codes in the event of equipment failure. In addition, the air conditioner is equipped with a built-in thermostat and a self-diagnosis system. For ease of movement, air conditioners are equipped with a wheeled movement system.

Advantages of this air conditioning and ventilation system:

  • High mobility of equipment – You can quickly move this equipment to other facilities to ensure operational / emergency cooling;
  • No work related to the installation, commissioning and maintenance of air conditioners-saving from 25 to 50% of the base cost;
  • No costs for installation materials – pipelines, refrigerant, filters, dehumidifiers, sight glasses, protective fences, site preparation, etc. - savings from 15 to 45 % of the base cost;
  • The refrigeration circuit of the equipment is manufactured in the factory, tested on the stand. The equipment is fully charged with R410a refrigerant. Thus, it is guaranteed that there are no freon leaks, which can occur in the case of using remote compressor and condenser units that need to be installed;
  • The possibility of block-by-block switching on of the equipment, depending on the outdoor temperature – a significant reduction in electricity consumption;
  • The ability to connect each individual air conditioner to the switchboard with a VVG cable with a core cross-section of up to 4 sq. mm, which significantly reduces the cost of electrical installation work. Connecting a single refrigeration machine or a compressor-condenser unit with a cooling capacity of 224 kW, i.e. a power consumption of 100 kW, will require the use of a special cable that has a high cost;
  • The possibility of block-by-block switching on of air conditioners minimizes starting currents, which will lead to the use of the simplest low-current circuit breakers;High speed and efficiency of cooling the volume of the structure – the multiplicity of air exchange at a height of up to 3 meters – 7;
  • The possibility of operating the equipment as a supply ventilation system.
