The outer and inner awning shells consist of fragments that are fixed in the corresponding grooves of adjacent aluminum trusses. The frame is absolutely resistant to large snow coverings and the effects of cold, it is also easy to clean. In conditions of prolonged rain showers, the frame-tent structure is not exposed to harmful effects. In hot or dry climates, the frame itself is invulnerable to UV rays, and the building itself is equipped with an automatic ventilation system and microclimate. In any climate, you can create the necessary microclimate inside the frame-tent structure, which will protect your products from external influences, and create comfortable working conditions for service personnel.
The profile geometry of the frame-tent building consists of vertical walls covered with a gable roof. Aluminum trusses of the tent structure have radius rounding or smooth contours: the walls smoothly pass into the roof slopes. Radius rounding between the vertical wall and the roof slope allows you to improve the aerodynamic characteristics of the building and avoid the occurrence of stress concentrators inherent in a traditional frame structure. The slope angle of the roof slope in combination with the use of anti-friction material of the awning can significantly reduce the snow load on the structure due to self-throwing of snow. The tent cover of the structure is made of technical fabric with a polymer coating. The fabric of the brand Polymar 8205 of the German company "Mehler Texnologies", have high strength (tensile strength DIN EN ISO 1421/V1 — 3000/3000 N/5cm), a wide range of operating temperatures (from-50oC to +70oC), high chemical resistance, environmental safety, (the service life of the shell of this fabric is 15 years). The lacquer coating of the outer layer in combination with the angle of inclination of the roof slope in 30o contributes to the "self-throwing" of the snow cover. Polymar fabric is suitable for applying color logos and inscriptions. Different color versions are possible. In the upper part of the structure, the awning can be made of translucent (translucent) tent fabric — the so-called "lantern". The presence of a "lantern" in the center of the roof, along the entire length of the building, allows you to save on lighting in the daytime.

The structure is installed on a prepared concrete foundation.
Option #1: Concrete strip foundation — the minimum height determined by the depth of freezing of the soil in this region. The minimum width is 500mm.
Option #2: For natural soils that are not prone to heaving. Concrete bollards with embedded parts, connected to each other by a grillage. Installation of the structure is carried out on a prepared site.
The first stage of installation of the structure is the assembly of arches into a single whole, from which the frame is assembled.

Installation begins with the installation of the central arch. For its temporary fixation in the working position, it is necessary to use stretch marks. After installing the second arch, it is pre-connected to the first with the help of jumpers. The jumpers are equipped with a fabric tension mechanism in the form of a telescopically retractable bracket.When pre-connecting the arches to each other, jumpers are used with the adjustment bracket fully closed (minimum length). At the same stage, the frames of doors, windows and gates are installed, if they are provided for in the structure.
After installing the frame of the future structure, they begin to install the membranes. Each membrane is equipped on the sides with an edge edge, which is inserted into the grooves of the arch profile. Installation of the membrane begins on one side-the edge edges are tucked into the grooves of the arch profile and stretched along the entire arch. At the bend ( in the ridge of the arch), the membrane is passed through the rollers that each arch is equipped with. After installing the membrane in place, it is fixed in a stretched position, pressing the corner to the foundation on both sides of the structure.
After installing the outer membrane, IZOVOL insulation is installed, which is attached to the structural elements of the frame using plastic clamps. The side covered with foil should face the inside of the building.
The next stage of installation is the tension of the membrane. Pre-tension of the membrane fabric in the direction along the arches is provided by stretching the membranes and attaching them to the sides of the structure. For tension in the direction along the building, telescopic brackets of jumpers are used. After stretching one span, the arch is fixed to the foundation in its working position. Similarly, the membranes of the flat ends of the structure are stretched-starting from the central segment in both directions.
The subsequent stages of installation relate to equipping the structure with the necessary equipment, such as:
